Regular, small group classes (max of 10 people) with individualized programming. These classes combine kettlebell, dumbbell, and body weight strength and conditioning exercises and generally last 45-50 mins per class.
We work to combine the benefits of group classes with individual design. Strength and Conditioning workouts can be adjusted in movement, weight and mechanics. This gives all members the flexibility to participate in a group setting without compromising their main goal. Our programming is scalable to the experience and fitness levels of any individual whether you are a fitness beginner or an experienced athlete.
